Extension and refurbishment of Semi-detached Victorian villa which had been converted into 2x flats by the previous owner.

Objective of the project was to restore the house back to a handsome family home, overcoming the typically cellular arrangement of period houses.

Small extension with glazed roof extends kitchen and provides light-filled link between kitchen, garden and family room to rear
